Administrative Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Manager to join our team at Apple Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and plan for office services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry
* Train staff
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in office administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
