Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site orientations for new hires.
  • Coordinate direct interactions with candidates.
  • Maintain a strong client relationship.

As an On-site Coordinator with Randstad Canada, you will oversee employee onboarding, including maintaining candidate records, managing payroll processes, and daily client communication. This role offers a comprehensive experience in HR coordination.

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time schedule with morning and afternoon shifts.
  • Monday to Thursday from 5 am - 11 am and 4 pm - 10 pm.
  • Possibility of shift rotation.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage rate: $20-22 per hour.
  • Weekly pay.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months' experience in office coordinator, HR assistant, or HR coordinator role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with ability to multitask.
  • Minimum education: relevant business education or pursuing one.
