About the Role

iMak Repairs is seeking a skilled Cellular Telephone Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Installation and Maintenance
    • Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
    • Inspect operation of telecommunications equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Equipment Repair and Replacement
    • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment, including cable signals and associated equipment.
    • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment.
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Complete and maintain test and service reports.
    • Determine nature, cause, and location of trouble.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
    • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
