The Vice President, Controller & Financial Reporting is a critical role within Stonewood Group Inc.'s finance department. As a leader in financial reporting, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial reporting strategies that align with the company's growth and evolving complexity.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including annual and interim reporting.
- Develop and lead divisional Controllers to manage the quarterly process, including consolidation and working with external auditors.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholders receive relevant, timely and accurate financial information and all compliance requirements are met on a timely basis.
This role requires a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to apply appropriate commercial and financial principles. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and profitability of Stonewood Group Inc. through special projects and initiatives.
