Job Title: Principal Consultant, Business System Analyst

We are inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business System Analyst. In this role, we are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with working experience in Financial risk and fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Ability to elicit and transform user stories is crucial.
  • Strong decision-making, innovation, and creativity skills are required.
  • Excellent team player with ability to work in tight time schedules and demanding targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independent of constant supervision and management.
  • Capable of documenting functionality, including source-to-target data mapping, user stories, etc.
  • Knowledge of use case creation and use case methodology, process, and data flows.
  • Familiarity with bank standards, architecture, testing methodologies, and code management practices.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills to clearly articulate requirements.
  • Strong analysis skills.
  • Previous experience with system integrations real-time, near real-time, and batch processes.
  • Understanding of data streaming capabilities/technologies (Kafka), RESTful APIs, and data mapping would be a significant asset.
  • Basic Microsoft SQL query knowledge would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Fraud applications and functionality would be a bonus.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
    • Excellent system analysis skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
    • Experience working in Financial domain.
