We are seeking an ECE Assistant to join our team at Angelic Treasures Christian Childcare Centre. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist co-workers in housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Maintain daycare equipment
  • Support early childhood educators in keeping records
  • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
