- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative design culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver on product goals and timelines.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in product design, with 5-8 years of experience managing and leading design teams.
- Proven experience in leading product design teams, especially in delivering elegant solutions for complex platforms.
- Extensive experience designing for B2B2C SaaS platforms, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of articulating design decisions and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve product outcomes.
