Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with brokers to strengthen the acquisition program and maintain open lines of communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address issues in a timely manner.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance digital operations and customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including project management, business analysis, continuous improvement, data analysis, or communication.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the damage insurance industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret results.
  • Naturally curious with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
