As a Senior Creative Director, Healthcare at Tank WW, you will play a pivotal role in leading the creative team to develop impactful and strategic campaigns that effectively communicate healthcare-related messages to target audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare nuances and be able to combine their creative vision with industry knowledge to deliver compelling and compliant campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of each client's brand and the overall healthcare industry
  • Evidencing a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, terminology, and trends
  • Inspiring copy and creative direction while providing 'hands on' support to the creative team
  • Displaying highly advanced writing skills in the healthcare space
  • Researching and developing new tone-of-voice guidelines for brands
  • Collaborating with our Strategy and Account teams to ensure briefs are clear and insightful
  • Participating and/or leading client meetings/presentations and developing client relationships

Requirements include:

  • At least 7+ years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proven track record
  • Agency experience working across all channels
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience, particularly in healthcare and pharma advertising
  • Solid verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels of clients
  • Experience managing a creative team, including both copywriters and art directors
