Job Title: Associate Creative Director

At Tank WW, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in driving impactful campaigns that effectively communicate healthcare-related messages to our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide creative teams to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns tailored to healthcare clients.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, terminology, and trends to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Collaborate with our Strategy team to develop clear, insightful briefs that inspire great creative development.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and other creative professionals.
  • Brainstorm and generate creative concepts that communicate complex healthcare information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and preferences.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all creative assets produced by the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (usually 6-8 years) in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency, preferably with a focus on healthcare clients.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing your creative ideas, including healthcare-specific projects.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare concepts in a simple and compelling way.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring creative teams.
