We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at North Arc Precision. As a key member of our quality control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product safety and quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and measuring incoming components, documenting inspection results, generating detailed reports, and communicating with vendors. You will also assist in the generation and implementation of inspection plans, read engineering drawings and specifications, and support R&D efforts in performing precision measurements. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize products and processes.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering, with experience in building and/or inspecting bike components or triggers being an asset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, are essential for this role.
