  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure that they are working together effectively.
  • Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to help them improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
