Job Title: Early Childhood Education Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Worker to join our team at Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. This role requires a strong commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that align with the needs and interests of children.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that promote learning and development, such as storytelling, singing, and educational outings.
  • Engage children in activities that promote socialization, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children.
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Child Abuse Registry check
Work Environment:

This role is based in a child care centre and requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
