- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job requirements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or drugstore setting.
- Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
