MONTROSE PHARMACY is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
  • Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and products.
  • Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment
  • Pharmacy or drugstore setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Work Term: Permanent, with opportunities for growth and development.
  • Work Language: English, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Supervision
