Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Field Service Technician to actively service and support our robots in the GTA area. The ideal candidate will be technically competent, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a fast-moving dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer and equipment support from depot and on-site locations.
  • Build positive relationships with customers in person and communicate effectively through various channels.
  • Diagnose issues or technical problems that may include electrical, mechanical, and software-related service issues.
  • Support Avidbots product demonstrations, deployments, and customer training across North America.
  • Presentation of training materials to customers and teaching them to use all aspects of the robot.

The Field Service Technician will play a critical role in our customers' success and have a significant impact on the future growth of Avidbots in North America.
