About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dixon Tire & Auto Repair. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team by managing emails, phone calls, and meetings
  • Distribute mail, packages, and other materials efficiently
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with accuracy
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Oversee contract management, data analysis, and report preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries
Work Environment and Requirements
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
