We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dixon Tire & Auto Repair. As an administrative coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team by managing emails, phone calls, and meetings
- Distribute mail, packages, and other materials efficiently
- Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with accuracy
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Oversee contract management, data analysis, and report preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Permanent position with 35 hours per week
- English language proficiency
The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
