- Operations Oversight: Co-ordinate and assign tasks to team members, provide guidance and training as needed, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
