Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Cast Member to join our team. As a Cast Member, you will be an integral part of providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless operations in concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the theatre.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.
