Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a highly skilled Theatre Manager to join our team at CPX Markham and VIP. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all Amusement, Food and Beverage, Guest Service and Retail operations within the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all aspects of the theatre are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of venue management staff.
  • Manage theatre budgets, grow revenue, and initiate projects to drive business forward.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre performance and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments and key business partners to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work extended hours as required.
