Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design and refine multiplayer game systems.
  • Work with designers, artists, and other personnel to develop products.
  • Develop technical design specifications and implement solutions.
  • Test and refine code throughout the development cycle.
  • Estimate schedules and deliver high-quality work products.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in C++.
  • Expertise in building multithreaded, multi-process, real-time systems.
  • Experience with client-server message passing architectures.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with low-level socket programming.
  • Reflection and code generation systems.
  • Compression algorithms.
  • Unix/Linux/Win32 operating systems.
  • Persistence of distributed systems.
