Job Summary:

Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining patient and drug information files, checking and confirming the accuracy of pharmaceutical products, and preparing prescription labels and medication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer prescriptions and maintain accurate records
  • Verify and update patient and drug information files
  • Conduct quality checks on pharmaceutical products
  • Prepare and label prescription medication
  • Handle customer accounts and collect payments
  • Maintain inventory records and stock medications
  • Ensure customer privacy and confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Registered pharmacy technician certification
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy processes and procedures
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Kroll is an asset
