We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Foot Locker. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop Your Team
- Coach and motivate your team to inspire top performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Execute Company Standards
- Recruit, hire, and train top talent to meet sales and customer service goals
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising and store operations standards
- Drive Sales and Profitability
- Develop and execute plans to drive key performance indicators and maximize profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Enhance Customer Experience
- Empower your team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention
- Partner with Corporate and Store Leadership
- Collaborate with corporate business partners to drive business growth and profitability
- Communicate effectively with store leadership to ensure alignment and support
- Leadership Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Customer Focus
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Business Acumen
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis
