Store Manager

Rogers is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, managing store operations, and promoting Rogers and Fido brands.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coaching and developing a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on customer experience
  • Managing and running store operations with an adventurous and innovative spirit
  • Focusing on performance to meet and exceed local/regional business objectives
  • Promoting Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard
  • Engaging and growing your customer base with personalized communication and outreach
  • Investing in the growth of employees through various development programs
  • Participating in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
  • Exercising autonomy to operate your store like a business, curating solution-based experiences
