Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 5-10 people supervised.
  • Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Client focus, flexibility, team player.
