  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of our stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on our kitchen operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
