**The Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team of talented engineers. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge SaaS application.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement new features in our existing application, leveraging your expertise in Full Stack Software Engineering.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our technical implementation and architecture, ensuring our codebase remains scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with the team to strengthen technical output, contributing to the development of clean, efficient, testable, and reusable code.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and contributing to the delivery of high-quality code.
  • Investigate and resolve defects, degraded performance, and other issues affecting the quality of our codebase.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering, with a strong background in both frontend and backend development.
  • Experience working within a team to build reliable and scalable SaaS software solutions, using technologies such as ReactJS, Python/Django, NodeJS, Typescript, and Docker.
  • Exposure to refactoring, maintaining, and improving existing solutions.
  • Experience working with agile and software delivery best practices, such as scrum/kanban, CI/CD, test automation, and infrastructure as code.
  • Able to work with a moderate degree of autonomy and demonstrate initiative.
  • Solid problem-solving, technical design, and analytical skills.
  • Able to prioritize work and manage dependencies while solving challenging problems.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with other Software Engineers, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders.
