Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Campbellton. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing customer complaints.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and operational decisions.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Supervise food service operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- 5-10 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and train staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk in a fast-paced environment.
