Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our 327-door building in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rent collection and deposits in accordance with established standards
  • Develop and implement a plan to improve the apartment rental process
  • Coordinate tenant arrivals and departures, ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants
  • Ensure the effectiveness of business processes and the quality of resident services
  • Communicate information throughout the complex
  • Optimize human resources to support operational and financial efficiency objectives
  • Market the property to maintain full occupancy
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage the building optimally
  • Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Supervise outside contractors working in the building
  • Ensure the teams' skills and knowledge are updated and maintained
