Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Systems & Technology to lead our organization's technology strategy and ensure the seamless operation of our IST Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing cost-effective technology solutions that support business growth and improvement, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall management of RHC's information systems and technology
  • Design, plan, support, and manage all information systems, technology, software, and infrastructure
  • Manage, plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-specific activities of the organization
  • Work closely with decision makers, partners, and stakeholders to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination
  • Ensure the continuous delivery and operation of efficient and effective integrated clinical and administrative solutions and systems
  • Work directly and collaboratively with clinical leadership in clinical equipment analysis, planning, design, and site readiness
