Job Summary

The Director of Information Systems & Technology is a key leadership position responsible for driving the strategic direction of Riverside Health Care Facilities' technology infrastructure. This role oversees the planning, design, and implementation of information systems and technology solutions to support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies to align with the organization's business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, planning, and management of all information systems, technology, software, and infrastructure.
  • Manage and coordinate IT-specific activities, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, recommend, and develop cost-effective technology solutions.
  • Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of IT initiatives.
  • Ensure the continuous delivery and operation of efficient and effective integrated clinical and administrative solutions and systems.
  • Work closely with clinical leadership to analyze, plan, design, and implement clinical equipment and site readiness.
