Job Summary
As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within The Home Depot. This role offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in a fast-paced and rewarding company, enhancing your selling, account management, and communication skills.

Your primary responsibilities include:
  1. Delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing TTI's products
  2. Building strong relationships with customers and business partners
  3. Conducting in-store training and demos for store staff and customers
  4. Driving new business through effective merchandising and promotions

Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing inventory with the retail partner to ensure availability
  • Analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition
  • Exceeding performance metrics and sales targets
  • Participating in TTI's Leadership Development Program to build new skills

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in retail sales, field sales, and/or customer service
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Legal authorization to work full-time in Canada
  • A valid full provincial driver's license and clean driving record
