Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and economic conditions to inform your sales strategies.
- Closely monitor and manage same-day sales procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target customer segments and tailor your sales approach to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate with sales teams and administrative staff to process rooming lists and reservation cards, and ensure accurate tracking of sales orders.
- Track and manage no-show reservations, and process charges as needed.
- Ensure that all necessary billing instructions are applied to reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support, and foster a culture of loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in reservations or sales roles.
