DevOps Engineer for Software Factory Optimization

Société Générale is a leading financial institution with a strong commitment to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Digital and Data Service department in North America.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing our software factory operations, ensuring the stability and availability of our services and tools. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support and Adoption: Ensure compliance with security regulations, communicate effectively regarding incidents and planned releases, and assist application teams in adopting best practices for industrializing their Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Development and Evolution of the Offering: Develop prototypes, conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), install, upgrade, and maintain tools and new instances, reduce support workload through increased automation, and contribute to the evolution of the offer on Microsoft Azure Public Cloud.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to documentation, promote the correct use of tools, write internal processes to improve support team efficiency, and advocate for best practices on the Continuous Delivery platform.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in development or administration of Software Factory tools, proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and Monitoring tools, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, build tools, TeamCity, Jira, GitHub Enterprise, XLDeploy, Nexus, JFrog Platform, Artifactory, Sonar, PowerShell, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions is a plus.
