About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Tandem Auto Partnership DBA Porsche Centre Richmond. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality repairs and maintenance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, working closely with our team of technicians and managers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with their experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
