Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates, address customer complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and a team player attitude, with the ability to take initiative and be dependable.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
