We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at SHERWAY GARDENS. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
- Coach and train sales associates to improve their selling skills and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement store strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on implementing corrective actions.
