About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Maxcopy LTD. as a Brand Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
    • Develop and implement market research studies to gather data on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Marketing Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Communication and Public Relations
    • Act as spokesperson for the organization, providing advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
    • Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote the organization's brand and products.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
    • Write and edit press releases, newsletter, and communications materials.
  • Project Management
    • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Manage and maintain digital databases to track customer interactions and preferences.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment
    • 35 hours per week.
