Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at KHALSA PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress, providing accurate and timely updates to healthcare professionals.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work setting: Office of a healthcare professional
  • Area of specialization: Physiotherapy
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, repetitive tasks
