About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team at KHALSA PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINIC. As a Physiotherapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physiotherapists and occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physiotherapists and occupational therapists in the development and implementation of treatment programs for patients with various injuries or disabilities.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
  • Document patient rehabilitation progress to track their improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
