Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Woodcraft Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts, preparing and finishing wood surfaces, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble wooden or metal furniture and fixture parts to form subassemblies and complete articles
- Prepare, sand, and trim wooden furniture and fixture parts to ensure smooth finishes
- Sand metal furniture to prepare for finish and spray with paint or other materials
- Inspect furniture and fixture subassemblies and finished products for conformance to quality standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Able to read blueprints and drawings
This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours per week. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
