Salary


The salary for this position is $44,000 - $60,000 per year, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects the value we place on our employees' skills and experience.



Job Description


We are seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing excellent service to protect their assets.



Responsibilities:



  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via various channels
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policies
  • Manage and build customer relationships, meeting insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and renewal calls for existing customers


Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you should have:



  • No prior experience required; training provided for the right candidate
  • A General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC is an asset
