About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Travel Agent to join our team at Top Canada Tours Ltd. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult situations with customers, provide travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events.
  • Travel Sales: Sell travel products and travel insurance, use principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, which include marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Travel Bookings: Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system, provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation, accommodation options and travel costs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, attend to cancellations and schedule changes, develop contact lists.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced airline ticket office and travel wholesale company environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
