About the Role

The Director, Digital Experience Product Strategy will be responsible for building, leading, and delivering product roadmaps that support sales and marketing initiatives for the Retail Asset Management Business across North America. This role will work closely with business partners to set strategy, develop preliminary design concepts, and partner with internal/external design & development teams to implement and iterate on them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap in support of organizational goals
  • Initiate and prioritize projects with development teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, track product development, and develop product launch plans
  • Own the product strategy developed in conjunction with business partners
  • Communicate results to business partners to translate value
  • Forge successful relationships across the organizational matrix, present to senior executives, and advocate for product success
  • Develop integrated go-to-market plans with marketing managers and business partners
  • Champion user-centric design, leveraging user feedback from various channels, competitive analysis, and technology trends to facilitate building advisor-centric products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development
  • Lead Product Owners who work closely with the technology squads to prioritize and deliver the backlog
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience overseeing the development, implementation, and performance of digital products
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience of digital delivery within Asset Management businesses a plus
