About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Northern L.E.D Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, supervising other workers, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a smooth day-to-day office environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, and typing and proofreading correspondence and documents.
  • Supervision and Training: Supervise other workers, train new staff members, and ensure that all team members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
