Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Morson International. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications to ensure the best fit for our clients
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
