Math and Science Tutoring Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a part-time math and science tutor to join our team. As an interactive coach, you will work directly with students to help them develop their math and science skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach math and science to students at different levels
  • Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 1-12 math and science curriculum

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 3:30-7:30pm/8:00pm, Saturdays 9am - 1pm
