About the Role

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless fleet maintenance operations within our Calgary yard. As part of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various tasks to guarantee efficient vehicle upkeep.

Responsibilities
  • Work Order Management: Enter accurate work orders, create purchase orders as needed, and utilize reports to identify discrepancies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with outsourced coordinators to schedule equipment and ensure timely delivery to designated shops.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks to Mobile Technicians, ensuring timely completion of scheduled work.
  • Driver & Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers to foster trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience: Proven track record in a maintenance administrative or coordination role.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is thorough and accurate.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using computer software and programs, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize, assess, report, and implement solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaborative working relationships.

This permanent full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience.
