Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Jugo Juice Guilford Town Center. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize productivity.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve their full potential, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor and control daily expenses, including inventory management and labor costs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
To be successful as a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
