About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of our restaurant facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, adhering to safety regulations and equipment guidelines.
  • Perform multi-tasking duties, including troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances, and repairing décor and equipment.
  • Manage priorities, stay organized, and keep on top of various tasks with limited supervision.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas, ensuring the safety of our guests, fellow crew members, and yourself.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food service or retail is an asset, but not required.
  • Trustworthiness, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and grow, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
